Telia Parken

Description

Telia Parken Stadium or Parken Stadium is one of the largest football stadiums in Denmark. The arena was built specifically for the training of FC Copenhagen, as well as for the games of the Danish national team. This location is actively used for mass events. Telia Parken is located in the northern part of Copenhagen.

Previously, another one was located on the site of the stadium - Idrætspark. It was already an old arena that required a thorough reconstruction. Therefore, in 1990, the facility was demolished due to the need to expand the area used and a new complex was built from scratch. For the first time for spectators, the Parken Stadium was opened in 1992.

In 2007, the arena underwent its first reconstruction. The result was an increase in the number of corporate and VIP facilities. In 2014, the stadium acquired its current name - Telia Parken, in honor of the Telia company that provided communications to the arena.

Concerts of famous artists such as George Michael, Eric Clapton, Metallica band are quite often held here. Justin Timberlake's concert is still a record, which gathered 55,000 listeners at the same time. You can buy tickets to any Telia Parken concerts and events without queues directly on our website.
