The Baku Olympic Stadium is a modern multi-sport complex located in the Sabunchu district of Baku, on the eastern shore of Lake Boyuk-Shor. Opened in March 2015, the arena meets the international standards set by UEFA, FIFA, and the IAAF. It holds a UEFA Category 4 rating and is considered one of the region's largest sports venues.
The complex covers an area of approximately 225,000 m², with stands capable of accommodating up to 68,000 spectators.
